The CGI isn't quite up to the standards of The LEGO Movie, but then it was done more than a decade earlier, on a budget roughly 12 times smaller than Phil Lord and Chris Miller's film enjoyed - and with that in mind, it really isn't that bad. The second one, Legends of Metru Nui, is probably the best one, but even that has some kiddie-ness to it. If you want Bionicle Story that's actually pretty good, I'd recommend some of the online story, like The Many Deaths of Toa Tuyet, a flashback story about Lhikan, Nidhiki, and another member of their team named Tuyet, or the story serials.
